精選服務條款及細則　 Terms and Conditions for CABLE TV “Premium Service”
1.	訂購之精選服務受以下條款及有線電視一般條款及細則所約束。如兩者有任何爭議均以有線電視一般條款及細則為準。 Subscription to the Premium Service is subject to the terms below and the General Terms and Conditions of CABLE TV Service. In case if there is any contradiction or inconsistency between the provisions hereof and those of the General Terms and Conditions, the provisions hereof shall prevail.
2.	有線電視訂戶必須年滿十八歲。 Subscriber must be 18 years of age or above.
3.	申請需時三個工作天處理。 Please allow three working days for application process.
4.	任何精選服務最少以一個月計算，而用戶須預繳該服務費。 Payment for Premium Service is for a minimum of one month and must be paid in advance.
5.	若有線電視在超越其合理控制範圍下，不能繼續提供某頻道的服務，該頻道的服務及有關優惠將會自行終止，概不另行通知。 Should any channel become unavailable due to factors beyond CABLE TV's reasonable control, the channel service and all related offers will be withdrawn without prior notice.
6.	如用戶於「承諾使用期」完結前終止服務，用戶需即時繳付「承諾使用期」內餘下月份之所有服務費用，解碼器租金及其他需繳費用。 If the subscription is terminated before the expiry of the Commitment Period, if any, Subscriber is liable to pay forthwith in full the subscription fee, converter rental and other fees payable hereunder for the remaining Commitment Period.
7.	「承諾使用期」完結後，「有線電視」會按當時收費表自動按月續期。用戶如欲終止服務或更改服務，必須給予不少於一個月通知。 Upon the expiry of the Commitment Period, if any, subscription for the Premium Services will be automatically renewed from month to month at the then prevailing rate(s) for the subscribed Premium Service. At least one month's notice must be given to CABLE TV for any termination or change of the Premium Service.
8.	所有費用概不退還，亦不得轉讓。 All payment is neither refundable nor transferable.
9.	有線電視保留所有爭議之最終決定權。 CABLE TV reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
